Charles Barnard wanted a boat to challenge for the Human Powered Water borne Endurance Record. He wanted it powered by a dolphin fluke or similar. The hydrofoils are built to be buoyant and are sized to be stabilizers at rest. Vision is by cameras 360 deg. The transmission runs rearwards.
