The gH2Ost was a collaboration between Sigen and Team Zzink. Sigen provided the Hydrogen Fuel Cell and technology and engineering. I (Team Zzink) provided the chassis design, structural engineering, graphics and built the plugs and moulds. Robert Gordon’s University provided the Electrical engineering and driver.
The major sponsor was BOC Group, who provided the lion’s share of the budget and also composite gas bottles. Sureclean are an environmental waste disposal company specialising in industrial waste. General Electric provided the Lexan which initially was to be the body skin material. Halliburton sponsored the wheels and brakes. The illustration is taken from the initial structural drawing and used by the sponsors to negotiate area division and placement.
