A design to study hydrodynamics, aerodynamics and controls. It is built as a pond yacht to compare directly with the 1 metre rule yachts. The hull is circular in cross section and remains a constant shape whatever the angle. The steering is proposed to be by swivelling the ‘centreboard’ and bulb.
